By commissioning me, client agrees to the following terms:1. EXTRA FEES DEFINITION:PRIORITY FEE (10% of base price): I plan my commissions according to the date of each request, you will be charged a priority fee if you want to place a deadline date less than 30 days after your order has been approved or if you want me to put your commission on top of the queue list.NDA FEE (20% of base price): Commission result will not be displayed in public nor be included in my portofolio.REVISION FEE: All revisions on the sketching stage is free (3x limit), i will charge you 50% of the base price if you ask for a major revision after the sketching process. Minor revisions are free (3x limit), such as facial expression, hand placement, etc.COMMERCIAL USE (2X base price): Promotion material such as thumbnails, streaming content, visual novel materials, online product advertisement, and other monetized contents.MERCHANDISE USE (4X base price): Merchandise use are contents that is intended to generate an income by selling a product. Example; album covers, merchandise printing, book covers, etc.Client has all rights to distribute both commercial use and merchandise use according to the intended purpose but credit to me is mandatory.PERSONAL USE (no additional charge) : commission may be displayed on social media with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts.2. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
I will not create content that spreads hateful rhetoric or endorses ideology that I deem harmful, NSFW requests are allowed but negotiation is mandatory, specific fetishes are welcome but I will refuse if said content includes potrayal of children and scat. I accept commission of all sexuality and race potrayal.I specialize in drawing characters interacting with the background they're in but I can practically draw anything, although the quality itself is a gamble.3. TIMELINE AND PROCESS
Work completion takes 2 weeks up to 6 months depending on the complexity of the project and the ongoing queue, you can check my Trello for the progress. GUARANTEED REFUND if i am unable to deliver the final product in 6 months after the order has been confirmed, otherwise no refunds after payment has been made.I only take upfront, 100%, full payment after we reached a confirmation of the order.Client may contact me through any platform listed on my carrd, preferably Twitter/X because i scroll through the application on a daily basis. I will update every step (color blocking, sketch, clean up, shading and lighting). Final product will be sent through Email or Google Drive.If client is not responsive for 30 days after I contacted them, I will continue the commission according to the brief without any revision.4. CONFIDENTIALITYThe Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials exchanged (personal information, marketing plans, payment information, etc) will not be visible to the public and shall be considered confidential information, do not disclose to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
